How do we agree the shape?

Contact us with a reference image or sketch, your preferred dimensions, quantity and event date. We will discuss what is practical and confirm the outline and price before you order.

Is every custom shape the same price?

The price shown applies to an agreed standard custom-shape order. Larger or complex designs may need a separate quote. Confirm the specifications and price with us first.

How do I send the artwork?

You can attach a JPG, PNG or WebP reference when ordering, or reply to your order confirmation email with the image. Include the dimensions and the details agreed with us.

Will I see a 3D preview?

No. A custom outline needs individual review. The image above is an example, not a generated preview of your final cookie.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum is 12 cookies with the same agreed outline, size and print. Contact us about multiple designs or a larger event order.

Can you meet my event date?

Confirm the date with us before ordering. Availability depends on the design, quantity and delivery location.
