Custom Photo Cookies — FAQ

Everything you need to know before you order.

What shapes and sizes can I choose?

Round, Square and Heart come in Small (7.5 cm) or Large (9 cm). Rectangle measures 7.5 × 5 cm or 9 × 6 cm. The price shown in the builder is per cookie. For a different outline, choose Custom Shape Cookies.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum is 12 cookies of one design, shape and size. After 12, you can choose any whole number, including 13, 24 or 50. For another design or variant, add a separate batch.

What kind of image works best?

Use the largest, sharpest version of your photo, logo or artwork. Keep important details away from the edges: the preview crops your image to fit the icing. JPG, PNG and WebP files up to 20 MB are supported.

Can I send my photo after ordering?

Yes. You can order without uploading, then reply to your confirmation email with your image. If an upload fails, retry it or choose Send photo later. Printing starts once we have your design.

Is the print edible?

Yes. We use edible ink to print your design on the iced cookie surface. The decoration is intended to be eaten with the cookie.

When should I order for an event?

Allow time for both production and delivery. If you need cookies for a specific date, contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and the appropriate delivery option.

How should I store the cookies?

Keep the cookies sealed in their individual bags, in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture. Follow the storage and best-before information provided with your order.

Can you help with allergies or a problem with my order?

Please contact us before ordering if you have a food allergy or dietary requirement so we can confirm ingredients and suitability. If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with the print, contact us with your order number and photos so we can review it.
